Jennifer Gausepohl is a Clinical Aesthetician licensed by the State of California. After completing her formal aesthetics training Jennifer attended numerous continuing education courses focused in dermatology including acne, skin analysis and chemical peels.

From acne to aesthetics

Jennifer specializes in treating acne and sun-damaged skin. With an emphasis on therapeutic facials, Jennifer performs acne extraction facials for the prevention and health of acne prone skin. In addition, she has a special interest in chemical peels as she has seen the benefits for smoothing skin, reducing age spots, and minimizing acne scars. Jennifer has expertise in light, yet highly effective salicylic acid, glycolic acid, and retinoic acid chemical peels which are designed to make the skin look healthier, with no downtime.

Jennifer is also trained in physician-strength skin care products that prolong the results of her aesthetic treatments. With a full complement of products and treatments at her disposal, Jennifer performs a thorough skin analysis and can help patients design the most appropriate regime to achieve the most cosmetically elegant results.

As a Licensed Clinical Aesthetician, Jennifer works under the supervision of Dr. Yardy Tse, founder of SkinCare Physicians & Surgeons. Jennifer is therefore able to tailor many of the aesthetician services to supplement the therapeutic procedures performed in the medical office. These aesthetician procedures can prolong the therapeutic effects of the physician-based procedures. From makeup consultation using colorscience®, makeup that nourishes and protects the skin with mineral sunscreen and vitamins, to rejuvenating and hydrating facials, to choosing the right skin care products to use at home, Jennifer helps enhance and prolong your results.

Jennifer lives in Escondido and in her spare time she enjoys rollerblading, cooking and spending time with her family.
